Adults

Adult Spiritual Formation

Adult Spiritual Formation includes meaningful opportunities to grow in faith, deepen spiritual practice, and build community. Through shared learning, prayer, and conversation, we invite adults at every stage of their spiritual journey to explore, reflect, and grow together.

Our program includes Bible Study, a Spiritual Book Club, shared Spiritual Practices, and opportunities for Cultivating Our Parish Life—all designed to nurture faith, foster fellowship, and encourage active participation in the life of our parish. Click to learn more.

Several times a year Rev. Dr. Steven Notis hosts a Saturday morning retreat here at St. Paul’s. Rev. Dr. Steven Notis has been attending St. Paul’s since his retirement two years ago. He served churches in New England since 1984, with a strong interest in spiritual practice and leading small groups. He has led meditation groups in both Christian and Buddhist settings. Topics have included Christian Contemplation, Silent Prayer Meditation and the Loving Kindness Prayer Practice. Please check our calendar for upcoming dates.
