December 13 th 10A – 4P
This annual fund raiser for Anna Jaques Hospital is always a Holiday favorite. Several area
houses and a community treasure will be decked with boughs of holly and open for touring.
This year the tour will feature St. Paul’s Church as the community treasure. Our sanctuary and
chapel will be open for a self-guided tour and chowder donated from Starboard Galley will be
served in the parish hall by a sponsor to the event.
We need lots of volunteers to help at St. Paul’s. Responsibilities will be to keep an eye on things
and direct people on where to go. Perks of doing this include a free ticket to the tour. This is a
fun activity to do with a group of friends. You can also ask friends who do not belong to St.
Paul’s. Volunteers are expected to work for half the time. First or second shift and are then able
to enjoy the tour.
Ideally, we will have enough volunteers from the congregation to cover our buildings since
people will have questions and parishioners will have the answers. If you would like to
volunteer to staff one of the houses instead that can be happily arranged.
The tour is put on by the Anna Jaques Aid Association and all money raised is donated to the
hospital for the purpose of improving patient care.
