Join us on the second Saturday in Lent when we will learn and practice the loving kindness prayer practice that invites us to open up to a felt sense of kindness. This meditation practice uses words, images, and feelings to evoke a sense of lovingkindness and friendliness. With each recitation of the phrases, we are expressing an intention, planting the seeds of loving kindness over and over in our heart. There will be ample time for discussion, and questions. No prior experience with meditation practices is required. This is group for beginners as well as those who have participated in previous sessions offered at St. Paul’s.
“I am larger and better than I thought. I did not know I held so much goodness.” - Walt Whitman
